  Odors that exceed a pottant scent or unbearable funk is subject to order cancellation.

• Bodily fluids present

  Items contaminated with blood, vomit, or other bodily fluids cannot be processed and will result in order cancellation.

• Pest infestation

  Items infested with bed bugs, roaches, or other pests will not be accepted and orders will be cancelled immediately.
